Billing

This office bills insurance companies as a courtesy to our patients. It is the patient's responsibility to provide us with up-to-date insurance information and to obtain any necessary authorizations.

As of April 1, 2007 Dr. Bugbee will only be accepting Cigna insurance. Patients who do not have Cigna are requested to pay the full fee at the time of their appointment. A detailed receipt will be given upon request, which may be used by the patient to bill their insurance company themselves.

Lee Carter, LCSW will continue to participate with many insurance companies. Please call the office for a current list of insurance plans she accepts.

Copayments or payment in full is requested at the time of the appointment.
