Request an Appointment

If you would like to schedule an initial evaluation with Dr. Bugbee or Lee Carter, LCSW, please call the office at (804) 346-2087. When your call is returned, you will be asked to briefly describe why you are seeking treatment. If you plan to use insurance to pay for your treatment, please have that information available when you call.

If you are a current patient, you may request an appointment by calling the office at (804) 346-2087 or by email. Please note the days and times that your doctor or therapist are in the office. Tell us the best way to contact you to confirm your appointment. If you do not hear back from us within 2 business days, call the office to make sure your request was received.

Existing patients may also schedule appointments online. If you would like to make an appointment using the online scheduler, email us. You will be contacted shortly with your Login and Password. Please note that we will ask for your credit card or debit card information to keep on file if you plan to use the online scheduler.
